"I chose this hotel because it advertised an outdoor pool. I planned to meet some friends who also have a young child. When we arrived, there was a huge sign that said Best Western - Pool - Jacuzzi. But there was neither. They were in the midst of a loud, messy construction project. I wouldn' have chosen this hotel -- or spent this much money -- if I hadn't thought there would be a pool. I feel misled. I don't think I should have to call to check on whether they have everything they actually claim they do. I"
